Sam leveraged his background in business, drilling and blasting, and slope stabilization into becoming the Operations Manager and one of the owners of T & A. Now, as the new President, Sam plans to continue providing high-quality services to T & A’s vast customer base within the Okanagan Valley and beyond.

As a land developer and former home inspector, Sam oversees regulatory compliance and consults with engineering firms and land owners for residential developments across the province. He enjoys working with engineers to come up with creative and cost-effective solutions for high risk, close-proximity rock removal and slope stabilization projects.

Sam continues to spread the knowledge passed down to him by the former owner, Mike Witham, as he mentors the up-and-coming workers and promotes the industry. Guest presentations and associations:
